None is present for the appellant. Adv.Miss.Priyanka Varma  holding for Adv.S.N.Kumar  is present for the Respondents 1 & 2  and  filed letter of authority. She submitted that since last three dates, none has appeared for the appellant and hence necessary order may be passed. Perusal of record & proceeding shows that though several chances have been given,  the appellant has not filed the written notes of arguments and he also failed to appear for final hearing since last three dates.
