            Today is fixed for hearing/argument.  No step taken by the parties.              It is now 12:45 p.m. On repeated calls none appears from the side of the complainant and the O.Ps.  On perusing the previous orders passed in this case it appears that the complainant was absent in last two occasions.  Today he is also absent.  The conduct of the complainant shows that he has lost his interest in this case.  So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case. Hence, it is

that the Consumer Complaint No. 73/2015 is dismissed for default without cost.

            Let copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
