Perusal of the record reveals that complainant has filed the complaint on 02.03.2022. Thereafter, Opposite Parties duly submitted their replies contesting the claim of the complainant and case was adjourned for evidence of complainant, but despite being given numerous opportunities, complainant failed to come present to tender the evidence, hence evidence of complainant stands closed by order. Complainant has also not contested/countered the defence taken by opposite parties. Thereafter Opposite Parties tendered their respective evidences and accordingly the case was adjourned for arguments and Opposite Parties duly contested the allegations raised by the complainant. At this stage again despite being given numerous opportunities and despite being given direction to appear, none has come present on behalf of complainant to argue the matter. It presumes that either the grievance of the complainant has been redressed or he is not interest to pursue with the present complaint further. Hence, the present complaint stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs and thereafter, the file be consigned to record room after compliance.
