All the parties are present by filing haziras.  Today is fixed for filing written version by the O.P. No.1.  But O.P. No.1 and complainant both have filed a joint petition stating that their dispute has already been amicably settled out of Forum, for which they are not interested to proceed with the case further.  Being asked the complainant and his Ld. Advocate have submitted that this case may be dismissed as ex-parte against the O.P. No.2.  In the above premises we find nothing to proceed with this case further. 

Fees paid is correct.  Hence, it is

ORDERED

that the C.C. No.63/2015  is dismissed against the O.Ps.  Let the plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
