None appears on call. Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant as to why the case shall not be dismissed due to non prosecution. It appears from the case record that the complainant is absent for prolonged period & no steps has been taken on his behalf. So this commission vide its order dated 04.04.2022 directed the complainant to file show cause. But today on repeated calls complainant found absent. No show cause filled till date. So this commission is in the opinion that the complainant is not interested to proceed with case as such the complaint petition is deserved to be dismissed for  default.

            Hence ordered that the Complaint Petition being no. 72 of 2020 be & the same is dismissed due to non prosecution.
