Presented by Sri G.S.Pradhan, President. D.H.R. present through his Advocate and files a petition to put up the record. The record is put up on the strenghth of the put up petition. On that petition the DHR state that he wants to take the Bank draft for a sum of Rs.1,590/- only issued by the JDR State Bank of India, through the Branch Manager, Padampur Branch in his favour. Give the above said bank draft to the DHR Sri Sanjaya Agrawal, S/o Sankar Agrwawal of Bargarh Near Tool Gate, N.H.6. Put up further order. Sd/- Sd/- Sd/- Miss B.L. Dora, Sri B.K. Pati, Sri G.S. Pradhan, Member. Member. President. Later. DHR, Sanjaya Agrawal received the above said Bank Draft for Rs.1,590/- towards the full and final settlement of the execution amount. Hence the proceeding dropped.
