Statement of Sh.Rajinder Pal Singh, Complainant in Person along with Counsel Sh.Manpreet Singh, Legal Aid Advocate recorded that he wants to withdraw the present complaint due to some technical defects with the permission to file a fresh complaint in the competent Court of Law on the same cause of action. So, the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. The limitation may kindly be condoned in the event of withdrawal of the present complaint.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The period consumed by the complainant in this Commission, from the date of filing complaint till disposal is to be taken into account for the limitation purpose as per limitation law, while filing fresh complaint/suit befor the competent Court of law. File be consigned to the record room.
