Authorized representative of the complainant is present and submits his case. Upon considering his submissions and on scrutiny of the entire materials on record, it appears from annex-A and annex-B of the petition of complaint that the matter of dispute are of Rs.6,47,306/- and Rs.16,06,423/- i.e. altogether Rs.22,53,729/- (Rupees twenty two lakhs fifty three thousand seven hundred twenty nine) only, which exceeds the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Forum.

Under such circumstances, we have no other alternative but to reject the instant petition due to want of pecuniary jurisdiction as stated above.

Complainant is at liberty to agitate the issue on the self same cause of action before the competent Forum.
