Learned counsel for the complainant states that in the mediation proceedings conducted before the District Judge, Chandigarh, subject matter of this complaint as well as various other litigations pending between the parties has been settled. The settlement was recorded in the mediation proceedings on 7.10.2014, which was signed by all the parties including opposite parties No. 2 to 5 and their counsel.

In view of the aforesaid settlement, learned counsel for the complainant seeks to withdraw the complaint. Complaint is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
