ORDER

     An application for withdrawal of the complaint has been received through e-mail from Sh.Anuj Kumar Sharma, Counsel for Complainant stating that the complainant has entered into a compromise with the OP and has received the amount deposited by him as full and final settlement. In view of the request made in the application, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
