                   Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.50 p.m. but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  This case is pending for the evidence of the complainant since 28.05.2015 but the complainant has failed to adduce her evidence despite several opportunities over a period of 2 years.  The counsel for OPs no. 1 & 2 has already closed his evidence on 15.03.2017.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue her complaint.  The complainant has failed to adduce her evidence despite various last opportunities.  No further adjournment is justified in the absence of the complainant or her counsel.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order. File be consigned to the records.
