                        Sh. Narinder Kumar s/o late Sh.Parshotam Lal and Paramjit Kaur wd/o Sh.Parshotam Lal appeared being remaining legal heirs of the deceased Parshotam Lal and filed their affidavits stating that they are remaining legal heirs of the deceased Parshotam Lal. Sh.Narinder Kumar and Smt.Paramjit Kaur suffered joint statement that they are the remaining legal heirs of the deceased Parshotam Lal and we are hereby producing duly sworn affidavits in this regard alongwith our copies of aadhar cards. Hence, in view of the statement suffered by them, it is ordered that remaining amount be disbursed to Sh.Narinder Kumar and Smt.Paramjit Kaur, remaining legal heirs of the deceased Parshotam Lal be disbursed in equal share against proper receipt and identification. They are directed to present alongwith some responsible person i.e. counselor/Sarpanch/Nambhardar of the locality. Hence, present Misc.application stands disposed off. File be consigned to the record room.
