The complainant is present personally by filing hazira.

The case is fixed for admission hearing.

Though the case is admissiblme from the point of pecuniary and territorial jurisdiction and also the period of limitation  but the complainant has no prima-facie case to proceed in the matter as investigation of financial fraud with regard to the Account of the complainant No. being 36207089637 with O.P. / SBI is pending before MHA Cyber Police as is evident from the Letter dated: 28-11-2022 of O.P. No.1.

            It is well settled that the Commission will not entertain any case involving crime aspect and the instant case falls within that category. So the case is not admissible so far the prima-facie case of the complainant is concerned.

 

             Hence it is ordered……..

That the case is dismissed as being not admissible
