Present Sh. S.K. Dardi, Counsel for the complainant alongwith complainant in person and Counsel for OP and submitted that a settlement between the parties with respect to House Loan accounts of the complainant and Mrs. Rupa Mangal having accounts no. 10721433066 & 10721433077 respectively has been arrived and no dues is pending against these accounts and there is no further extension of charge on the property of said House Loan accounts. The complainant submitted that he is fully satisfied with the settlement and no other grievance is left and the complainant has given the statement on 04.12.2019 on the settlement letter dated 21.11.2019 of OP.

In view of above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
