Both parties are absent without taking any steps.

It has been revealed from the record that the date on 04.06.12 was fixed for further hearing of this case and thereafter five consecutive dates were fixed for further hearing and order. But neither any parties appeared on those days nor they were taken any steps also.

In view of this above, it is clear that the complainants have not any interest to proceed this case further.

So, this case is finally dismissed on ground for default.
