COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 OF

THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT,1986

 

Present:  Complainant in person.

          Sh. Ajay Singh Gehlawat, Advocate for respondents JDs.

 

          Complainant in person has made a statement that he is having his bank account no. 10920427942 with the respondent-JD no. 1 and he has no objection if the respondent –JD no. 1 credit the amount of Rs. 18400/- in his account and he does not claim the interest as was awarded in the order and he claims only Rs. 18400/- from the respondents- JDs.

Ld. Counsel for the respondents JDs has also made a statement that he accept the statement of the complainant and within 20 days, the amount of Rs.18400/- will be credited in the account of the complainant.

Statement of both the parties recorded.

In view of the above statement, the present execution petition stands disposed off with the direction to the respondents-JDs to make the compliance of the order taking into consideration the statement made by their counsel before this Forum.
