Amended memo of parties in terms of order dated 5.8.2011 has been filed by the complainant and the same is taken on record. Complainant has filed an application for withdrawal of his complaint. Learned counsel for opposite party has placed on record copy of letter dated 16.5.2011 addressed to Mr. S. P. S. Rana. In view of this letter, submitted by the learned counsel for opposite party, learned counsel for complainant wants to withdraw his complaint.
