          None present on behalf of the Applicant/Appellant.  Referring to the endorsement made by the registry as regards removal of objections it appears that pagination is not properly carried out and there is variance in pagination carried out in all the three sets of appeal compilation submitted to the State Commission.  Hence, registration stands refused.
