                   Present:       None for complainant.

                          Sh. R.K. Mehta, Advocate for op no.3. 

                                      Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. Moreover, learned counsel for op no.3 has stated that claim amount has already been paid to the complainant and he has already placed on file document regarding payment details. So, it appears that as claim amount has already been paid to the complainant, therefore, complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance.  File be consigned to the record room.
