Ld.counsel for the  Ops filed a bank statement of account of the complainant saving account, showing credit entry in his account amounting to Rs.10,000/-. It be placed on the file.  However, complainant suffered a statement which is recorded separately today that  he does not want to proceed with the present complaint as the  OP-Bank has deposited Rs.10,000/- in his saving account today i.e.,14.10.2020, as such,  wants to withdraw the present complaint as compromised.

                   Thus, in view of the aforesaid statement of account and statement of the complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdraw being compromised.   File be indexed and consigned to record room.
