The record is put up by petition.

The complainant and the Ld. Advocate for the O.Ps file hazira. Both sides has filed a joint petition of compromise on terms and condition mentioned in the petition. The complainant Minati Rani Saha is examined, cross examined and discharged as P.W.1.

 

Perused the complaint, joint petition of compromise and the evidence of P.W.1. It appears that this case has been ended in compromise in between the parties and the case has been amicably settled down in between the parties out of the Forum. Both sides put their signatures voluntarily on the petition of compromise. The terms and conditions of the compromise petition appeared to be legal, valid and proper. Accordingly, the compromise is accepted. Hence, it is
