Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant and taking step for service of notice upon the O.P. Nos. 2 and 3.

The O.P. No.1 files Lawyer’s hazira. Neither the complainant is present today nor he files any step.

It is now 4:00 p.m.

On repeated calls none appears from the side of the complainant. Cause as per order No. 14, 15 & 16 dated respectively 30.03.15, 28.04.15 & 13.05.15 has not been  shown by the complainant and record shows that the complainant has absent last two days including this day without any intimation. The conduct of the complainant shows that he has lost his interest in this case. So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

Hence it is

                           Ordered  

that the case being No.CC-42/2014 be and the same is dismissed for default without cost.

Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
