Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 4.00 p.m., but none appeared on behalf of the opposite party. On the last date of hearing also i.e.on 10.7.2015, none appeared on behalf of the complainant for producing evidence. But in the interest of justice, last opportunity was granted to the complainant for concluding entire evidence on 20.7.2015 i.e. today. But today also, none appeared on behalf of the complainant for producing evidence. It seems that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the present complaint. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
