No.02/2018 is posted for appearance of complainant and for filing proof affidavit of complainant or for dismissal.  When the matter was called twice, there was no representation for complainant and proof affidavit of complainant also not filed.

Hence, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the complaint.

Hence, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.   No cost.
