Per Mr. S.R. Khanzode, Hon’ble Judicial Member :

          This appeal is directed against the order dated 9.8.2011 passed in consumer complaint No. 522/2009 – M.D. Savani V/s State Bank of Hyderabad passed by the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Mumbai Suburban District, Bandra, the Forum in short.  By the impugned order, the consumer complaint stood dismissed for default since the appellant used to remain absent consistently.  No documents are produced on record except the impugned order.  Besides this, considering the statement of the complainant, it can be seen that the grievance of the appellant is that the  interest in respect of Personal Provident Fund  was credited wrongly when it was not entitled for the same.  Nothing has been shown in this background that the action of the respective bank was arbitrary and thus it cannot be a consumer dispute in respect of such alleged deficiency in service.

          For the reasons stated above, we find it proper and just to not to admit the appeal. It stands disposed off accordingly.
