             This is an appeal filed by the complainant against the order dated 06.09.2014 passed in CC No.403/2013 by the District Forum, Satna whereby his complaint is dismissed.

              On perusal of the order of the District Forum we find that there were arrears amounting Rs.1,44,699/-towards loan obtained by the appellant from respondent bank as also there were dues in Kisaan Credit Card Loan Account and in turn to recover the dues the respondent bank seized the tractor of the appellant after giving number of opportunities.  The bank committed no deficiency in service.  The District Forum has well described the facts and situations under which the case has been rejected on merits.  We find no reason to interfere with the order passed by the District Forum. The order of the District Forum is correct. The appeal has no merit and is dismissed summarily at the admission stage.
