This case is taken up for exparte judgement.

 The case of the complainant in brief is that on 14.11.2014 the complainant went to withdraw Rs.5000/- from SBI ATM at airport More Bagdogra and after completion of process The ATm machine showed unable to process. the complainant tried another AtM machine which was located just left of the previous ATM but the ATm machine showed insufficient balance. But the complainant had sufficient balance of Rs. 6530/- and RS. 5000/-. The complainant waited for six days if the Rs. 5000/- would be credited to his account but it did not happen so after that the complainant  complained before the customer case no 20.11.2014 vide ticket no AT429215102478 and the customer case sent him a SMS the complainant has been attached and closed after resolution that the transaction is successful.

 The case proceeds exparte against the OP.

 The complainant files documents in support of his contention.

 All the documents filed by he complainant shows that successful transaction of Rs. 5000/-.

 Considering the all documents we are of the view that the evidence is insufficient to consider the case of the complainant

 Hence it is,

 ORDERED

 That the case be and same is dismissed exparte against teh OP.
