Today is fixed for effecting compromise settlement by the parties, i.d., for filing questionnaire/evidence by the Ops.
Ld. Counsel for the OP-1, 2&3 and OP-4 file their haziras respectively. Ld. Counsel for the OP-1, 2&3 files a petition praying time for filing evidence.
Today the ld. Counsel for the complainant files a petition stating that during pendency of the instant case talk of compromise between the parties started and last of all the case has been settled between the parties out of court. Therefore, the complainant is not willing to proceed with this case further. So it is now necessary to pass appropriate order by disposed of the instant case for non-prosecution and full and final settlement of the case, otherwise, the complainant will suffer irreparable loss and injuries.
The ld. Counsel for the OP-1, 2 & 3 and the OP-4 have received the copy of the said petition.
As by filing petition the complainant is stating that the case has been amicably settled out of court and he is not willing to proceed with the case further, so the prayer of the complainant should be allowed.

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 97/2017 be and the same is disposed of for non-prosecution without any cost.
