Complainant/petitioner filed the complaint before the District Forum against the respondent bank.  Respondent failed to file reply within the stipulated time.  However, later on respondent filed an application for taking the reply on record.  District Forum allowed the same and ordered that the reply to be taken on record.

          Petitioner being aggrieved filed the appeal before the State Commission which has been dismissed.

          Petitioner has sent an application stating that he is 78 years of age and is not able to conduct the case himself or engage a counsel and prays that the matter be considered without being represented by an Advocate.

          On perusal of the matter, I do not find any substance in this revision petition and dismiss the revision petition.
