NATIONAL LOK ADALAT DATED 14/09/2024

 

The case record is put up for amicable settlement before this National Lok Adalat dated 14.09.2024.

Ld. Advocate for both the parties are present and they have submitted that the matter has been settled amicably by and between themselves out of court.  Today Ld. Advocate for the opposite party  has submitted the money receipt of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) only by demand draft which is paid by him in favour of  the complainant. The photo copy of the demand draft being no.782509 dated 19.08.2024 has also been filed.

Let it be kept with the record along with money receipt.

Hence, the matter is settled by and between the parties on full satisfaction and disposed of in final form.
