Case record is put up before the national Lok Adalat Bench. Complainant Sri John Joshef Benjamins Tirkey is present. On the other hand chief Manager of S.B.I Chaibasa Branch is also present. Negotiation Between the parties took place and as per terms of settlement O.P has made on apology regarding misbehave done earlier by the bank staff to complainant named above. Complainant has also expressed view that since chief Manager of the bank has realized so his grievance has been redressed and case many by disposed of in this LOK Adalat.

Since both parties have arrived at amicable settlement, so instant case is disposed of as settled mutually.
