According to office report dated 28.02.2022, the registered court notice was issued to the appellant on 22.01.2022, which has been received back with postal endorsement that the address is incomplete.

This appeal has been preferred against the impugned judgment and order dated 29.06.2019 passed by the District Commission, Dehradun in consumer complaint No. 68 of 2012; Sh. Jagdish Prasad Vs. State Bank of India, by which the consumer complaint filed by the appellant / complainant has been dismissed.

According to office report dated 28.02.2022, the court notice was issued to the appellant / complainant on the address mentioned by him in the memo of appeal.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
