None present for the appellant.

          On 15.12.15 SPC was issued vide no.6370 dated 17.12.15, but the appellant failed to appear today.

          Prior to this, on two consecutive hearings also SPCs were issued vide no.3962 dated 08.09.15 and 4619 dated 09.10.15, but no response was received from the appellant.

           It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this case. 

           Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
