ORDER

     Vide her separate statement recorded on 27.02.2024, Mrs.Harsharan Kaur, Complainant in person has stated that since an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- has been refunded to her by OP No.1 and the same has been transferred in her bank account, hence, she does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
