Record is put up today on put up petition filed by the complainants. The complainants personally appear and also filed another verified withdrawal petition praying to withdraw their case. They stated in the withdrawal petition that the dispute arose between the parties had already been amicably settled outside this Forum. So, they are not interested to proceed the case further.

Heard, considered, the ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient.

Hence, it is

ORDERED

that the petition for withdraw this case filed this day is allowed. Accordingly the complainants are permitted to withdraw this case.

This case being No. 68/2016 is thus disposed of on withdrawal.

Let copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
