ORDER

 

On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that OP 2 & 3 ex-parte vide order dated 09/02/2016 further matter is listed for final arguments since 06/04/2018. Thereafter appearance entered by the complainant is very erractic. It seems that complainant is not interested to contest his matter. Commission can not incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
