Heard AR on behalf of OP. Perused file. It is true that none is appearing for the complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 1.10.2018, 16.01.2019& 05.02.2019 consecutively. Several calls have been given since morning. But none on behalf of the complainant has appeared.Moreover, written statement by OP has been filed on 04.06.2018 and despite giving several opportunities, the complainant has failed to file rejoinder & his evidence, despite giving last opportunity.
It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing her case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of the complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above. File be consigned to record room.
