Order no. 02       dt. 04/04/14

            Complainant submits his case. Upon considering his submission and on perusal of the entire materials on record we find that the grievance of the complainant is in respect of his pension who was a retired central govt. employee and used to draw his pension from SBI, Park Street Branch.

            In this connection it is not out of place of mention that the benefit of pension arises from service matter. Besides the function of SBI only to disburse the pension amount after it has been credited to his account by the concerned govt.

            Hence we are of the view that in this matter o.p. SBI, Park Street Branch has no deficiency of service and this Forum is not entitled to entertain any matter arises out of the service matter.

            Upon the above observation this complaint petition is rejected with a liberty to the complainant to agitate the issue on the self same cause of action before the appropriate Forum.

            A plain copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
