Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 3.00 p.m. Smt.Sunita Mahajan, witness is present with the record summoned by the complainant. But none appeared on behalf of the complainant. All this shows that complainant is not interested in prosecuting the present complaint. Rather he has been harassing the employee of the opposite party because on the last date of hearing also, Mrs.Sunita Mahajan was present alongwith record summoned by the complainant but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Today also, Smt,.Sunita Mahajan is present alongwith record but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
