ORDER

Order dt.01/08/2008 The complaint is allowed. The O.P.No.1 is hereby directed to issue DD for whatever amount held by the deceased at the time of his death; to the complainant and O.P. is further directed to pay the compensation of Rs.500/- to the complainant for he being put to mental agony and hardship and Rs.500/- towards the cost of this proceedings to the complainant. The above order shall be complied by the O.P. No.1 with in sixty days from the date of receipt of this order.
