ORDER

The Complaint is partly allowed. We quentify the amount of compensation payable to the Complainant at Rs.8000/-. The said amount shall be paid within 30 days of this order, failing which it shall carry an interest of 9% per annum from the date of order. The OP is also directed to pay a sum of Rs.4000/- towards the costs.
