The matter has been amicably settled and compromised between the parties. The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that the dispute has been redressed and the OP no. 2 and 3 will issue the NOC to the complainant within three weeks and will not claim any charge from the complainant for the same. Therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the OP no. 2 and 3 has made a statement that they will issue the NOC within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Statements of both the parties have been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as having been compromised. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statement. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
