                   Smt.Babita, Member is on leave today. A copy of the order passed by Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi has been received, vide which the impugned order has been stayed, subject to petitioner Bank depositing 50% of the amount payable in terms of the order of the Fora below before the concerned District Forum within two weeks from today. The perusal of the record reveals that Sh.Sanjeev Chabra, Deputy Manager, SBI had moved an application for deposit of the amount of Rs.58,749/- alognwith the cheque of Rs.58,749/- as well copy of the order passed by Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. The said cheque was ordered to be deposited in the relevant account of the Forum.

                   As per compliance of the order of Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, the petitioner/OP Bank had deposited the 50% of the amount. As such, the present execution application stands adjourned sine die, till the further orders of the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. However, applicant is at liberty to get it revived, after the orders of the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. The application for depositing of the cheque be attached with the execution application. Thereafter, file be consigned to record room.
