                                          Sh.Balwinder Singh, complainant alongwith Sh.U.K.Gaind, Adv.appeared and suffered statement that compromise has been effected with the opposite party and in view of the compromise, he has received a banker cheque bearing No.717039 dated 9.3.2023 for Rs.10000/- of State Bank of India favouring Balwinder Singh and further stated that now nothing is due towards the opposite party qua the present complaint. As such, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and withdraw the same. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
