ORDER

The counsel for the OPs has handed over a banker cheque of Rs.58,542/- to the counsel for the complainant, which have been duly  received by the counsel for the complainant copy retained on file.  In this view of the matter the counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the complaint that he withdraws the complaint being  fully satisfied.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
