Today is fixed for hearing on the point of admission of this case. We carefully perused the complaint submitted by Balaram Debnath. On perusing the contains of the complaint it appears that the complaint has not been properly framed and the complainant has filed this complaint as per provision of Section-9A of Consumer Protection Act, 1993. Section-9A of Consumer Protection Act,1993 does not deal with the complaint petition matter.
In the above premises we are not in a position to admit this complaint and accordingly it is liable to be dismissed. Hence, it is

that the Consumer Complaint No.186/2015 is dismissed without cost. Let the copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
