Record is placed before the Upabhokta Lok Adalat as per order dated 18.07.2023 for settlement of the matter.
Ld. Advocates for the complainant is present. Representative of the OP is also present. .
Heard both the sides as to settlement of the matter.
Representative of the OP Bank proposes that the matter may be settled of Rs. 10,000/- in that case the OP Bank will issue a letter of settlement addressed to the complainant.
Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits that the complainant is agreed to pay the amount of Rs. 10,000/- for settlement the matter in the Lok Adalat.
Having heard the parties are present, the complainant is directed to pay Rs. 10,000/- to the OP bank within 07 days after receiving letter of settlement from the OPs. OPs are also directed to issue letter of settlement immediately.
Hence, the CDF Unit-II, CC No. 99/2022 is settled and disposed of finally though the Upabhokta Lok Adalat.
In default of such payment the OPs are at liberty to put the matter into execution as per law.
Let a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost with proper endorsement.
