This case coming on 18-06-2015 before us in the presence of Sri K.JAGADEESHWARA RAO, Advocate for the Complainant, and of Sri S.Sudheer Reddy, Advocate for the OPs, having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following.

Advocate for the Complainant filed not press memo to dismiss the complaint after issuing notice to the OPs, who endorsed no objection on memo. Heard both sides. In view of filing of not press memo, this case is advanced from 11-07-2015 to this date Suomoto. Memo is recorded.  Complaint is dismissed as not pressed without costs.
