This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of Upobhokta Lok Adalat for settlement.

According to the submission of the ld. Lawyers of both sides the disputes involved in this case have amicably been settled and for that reason the complainant is withdrawing this case. In this regard, one withdrawing petition has been filed.

It  appears from the case record that the complainant is voluntarily withdrawing this case and so ld. Judges of this Upobhokta Lok Adalat are not at all interested to stand on the way.

In the light of the observation made above this case be and the same is settled and it is dropped as it is withdrawn.
