       Heard.  On perusal of the facts of this complaint, it is realized that the complaint is barred by limitation and also found that the allegation raised against OP is purely based on statement of account, which is not maintainable as per Consumer Protection Act.  So due to the above said two points, this complaint will not maintainable before this commission and hence the same is dismissed.
